What Is Renewed Heart Healing?
Renewed Heart Healing (RHH) is a Holy Spirit-led inner healing process that creates space for women in significant life transitions, seasons of reevaluation, and renewed direction to encounter Jesus personally and receive healing at the root level of the heart. In RHH sessions, we partner with the Holy Spirit to help clear internal blockages, bring truth to places of pain and confusion, and release freedom through connection with Jesus — even when His voice feels distant or hard to hear at times. Rather than relying on formulas or techniques, RHH centers on relationship & connection first — inviting the Lord's presence, listening for His voice, and allowing healing & guidance to unfold naturally. Staying closely attuned to what He is doing, we follow His lead — loosening the hold of rejection, shame, and anxiety, and beginning to uncover what's been buried underneath. This often brings clarity, peace, and breakthrough that reaches beyond surface-level change. Many people experience healing not because something is forced, but because they encounter Jesus in a personal, loving way.
What to Expect in a Renewed Heart Healing Session
Each Renewed Heart Healing session is designed to be safe, honoring, and Spirit-led.
In a session, you can expect:
A confidential, private, safe space to connect with the Lord.
A 60-minute session facilitated by a RHH Certified Facilitator, supported by prayer and intercession.
A gentle process focused on helping you hear Jesus and respond to what He is doing.
Space for healing, freedom, clarity, and direction to emerge naturally.
Sessions are not rushed and are always led by the Holy Spirit. Your role is simply to show up open and willing to receive.
Virtual Sessions
Renewed Heart Healing sessions are conducted over Zoom, so you don’t need to leave the comfort of your own home.
This allows people from anywhere to receive ministry in a familiar, safe environment while remaining fully present and focused during their session.

Hi there, I’m Christy — founder of Renewed Heart Healing and also known to many as The Comeback Mentor. If you're somewhere between hurting and hoping, and feel like the truest part of you has gone quiet, you are exactly who I'm here for. My own heart-healing journey showed me how heavy it feels when old pain creates distance between you and God, when His voice grows quiet and the ache of what’s been broken lingers in the background. That personal restoration is what stirred me to create Renewed Heart Healing as the trusted space for women who are carrying the same kind of hidden heaviness.
I meet you right there — in the exhaustion of trying to push through, in the quiet longing to feel connected to Him again, in the places where rejection, self-judgment, or the weight of past relationships still echo. This is the space where Jesus steps in and begins the gentle work of healing at the heart level.
When we slow down and make room for His presence, He brings the clarity, peace, and renewed connection your heart has been craving, and restores the authority in your identity.
In our sessions I walk beside you, holding space with Jesus, so you can exhale, feel truly seen in every broken place, and trust the Holy Spirit as He leads you step by step out of the in-between and into the next right chapter.

What happens during a RHH session?
In our session, we’ll slow down and make space to connect with Jesus together. My role is to help create a safe, honoring environment while the Holy Spirit leads the process. Each session is unique and unfolds at its own pace — nothing is rushed or forced.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
No preparation is required. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are. If you’d like, you can take a few quiet moments beforehand to ask Jesus what He may want to share, but this is completely optional.
Is everything we talk about confidential?
I hold confidentiality with great care and respect, and creating a safe space is very important to me.
Because of my role, I am also a mandated reporter. This means that if information is shared that involves current abuse, harm to a minor, or situations where someone is in immediate danger, I am required by law to report it.
Outside of those specific circumstances, our sessions are treated as private and confidential.
Is this counseling or therapy?
Prophetic Heart Healing sessions are prayer-based and focused on spiritual connection and inner healing. They are not therapy, but they can be a meaningful part of a broader healing journey.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s journey is different. Some people feel complete after one session, while others choose to continue with additional sessions. There’s no pressure either way. If you’re interested in continuing, we can discern next steps together after your session.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can remain in a comfortable and familiar environment during our time together.
